techshopeuro.com reserves the right to add, change, update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. For existing orders, the version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of order placement will apply. We encourage you to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.

ACCOUNT
If you create an account on the Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for protecting and restricting access to such information. You understand and agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
OUR PRODUCTS
Confirmation of your order means that techshopeuro.com has received your order request. It does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped. A contract between us (DxB Global Ltd) and you will only be formed when we dispatch the goods to you.
techshopeuro.com always tries to keep items in stock and up to date. We check the availability and price of an item before it is shipped. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price or if the item is no longer available, we may cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation by email. You will receive a full refund for any cancelled orders.
Payment
The prices shown are in Euros. Information on prices and availability is subject to change without notice. Prices exclude delivery charges.
We offer the following payment options: iDeal, Bankcontact, Visa and Mastercard Creditcard.
Delivery
Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled by the customer without our consent. Once the order is received, you may return the item(s) by following our Returns Policy. Please allow at least 1-3 business days for order processing and verification.
For international orders, please allow a minimum of 3-9 business days for order processing and verification. Please note that you are responsible for paying shipping charges at checkout (including return shipping charges). techshopeuro.com does not charge, invoice or collect any taxes, duties, import fees or charges other than shipping charges at checkout. You are solely responsible for any such taxes or duties levied by your local authorities.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track and trace number. The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, as we have no control over this.
We cannot combine shipping for multiple orders.
DURING SALES PERIODS
For Consumer Customers (B2C): The right of withdrawal and return cannot be excluded for sale or discounted products, unless they are custom-made (as defined below). All standard return policies apply to sale items. For Business Customers (B2B): Different terms may apply as agreed in a separate contract.
Sales order has been cancelled It may happen that your order is cancelled due to out of stock products. During our sale period, we have a huge traffic on our website. This means that a product can appear in stock, but may be purchased by another customer at the same time. We apologize for this misunderstanding.
Replenishment of discounted products we never guarantee that a product will be back in stock.
Did not receive confirmation email
If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please contact our customer service at [email protected]
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)
techshopeuro.com will make every effort to deliver the ordered item(s) complete and in good condition. You must inspect the goods upon delivery. If the delivered item(s) are damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us and the delivery company within 48 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for missing or damaged items caused by the delivery company after a signed proof of delivery has been obtained. If the delivered item(s) are damaged or incomplete, we request that you contact us as soon as possible.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Please refer to our comprehensive Return, Refund & Exchange Policy on our website for detailed instructions. The following is a summary for consumer customers:
If you wish to return a defective or incorrect item, please read our returns policy carefully. Item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Before sending a return shipment, you must contact us by e-mail at the following e-mail address: [email protected] Only after you have received an agreement, you can return the item(s) with the accompanying return form. The return address and further instructions can be found on the return form. You can download the return form once you send us msg from the "contact" page.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. As soon as we have received the return and verified its condition, your purchase amount of the items will be refunded. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. You can do this by using a shipping company. The return shipment is at your own risk and we strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured shipping service. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: 1) Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (custom-made via our design tool). 2) Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. For consumers, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated to use an alternative dispute resolution entity for consumer disputes but are committed to resolving complaints directly with you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DxB Global Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services or products.
MISCELLANEOUS
techshopeuro.com reserves the right to monitor any use of the Services. techshopeuro.com also reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against any illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Services and/or materials.
These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and techshopeuro.com with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings and representations, whether written, oral or otherwise.
