Refund & Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY  
If you CHANGE your mind for any reason, don’t worry — we offer easy exchanges.  

To request an exchange:  

1. Contact us within 14 days after receiving your item.  
2. Tell us with which/what product you would like to exchange it for together with reasons. 
3. We will directly send you the new items. And, please make sure you have sent the previous item directly. 

🔄 Once we receive your original item in unused condition and original packaging, we will end the transaction process.

📌 Please note:  
Shipping costs for returning the product are at your own expense. We cover the shipping cost of sending the new product back to you. Exchanges are only possible if the requested product is in stock.  


RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return item for any reason, please carefully review our returns policy.  

You may return item(s) within **14 days of receipt**.  

⚠️ **Important:** Before sending any return shipment, please kindly contact us through our [Contact page].  After receiving our confirmation, you may return the item(s) together with the official return form.  The return address and detailed instructions will be provided on this return form, which we will send to you upon request.

Right of Withdrawal
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order within **14 days after receipt**.  After cancellation, you have another **14 days** to return your product.  

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, the purchase amount of the items will be refunded. Please note that the **costs for returning the product** (from your address to our warehouse) are at your own expense. You are free to choose any reliable shipping company. We strongly and kindly recommend using a service with **track & trace**.  

The return shipment is **at your own risk**. Therefore, please ensure that: All items are sent back in their **original condition and packaging**, including accessories. Also please make sure you have paid sufficient postage for your shipment.  

Refund Process
Upon receiving your return in good order, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the **original payment method** within **7 working days after we have registered your return**. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
