These Terms of Sale ("Sales Terms") govern the sale of products by DxB Global Ltd ("we," "us," "our") to you through our website, techshopeuro.com. Please read these Sales Terms carefully before placing an order. These Sales Terms are in addition to our General Terms and Conditions.
1. The Sales Contract
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We will confirm our acceptance by sending you an email that confirms the shipment of your order (the "Shipping Confirmation"). The contract between you and us ("Contract") is formed only when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.
2. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and you will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
3. Ordering & Payment
You can pay for products using the methods listed at checkout. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we suspect fraud or an unauthorized transaction.
4. Delivery & Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. The risk of loss and damage to the products passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. While we provide estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or force majeure events.
5. Warranty for Consumers
We guarantee that our products are free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of at least 2 years from the date of delivery (Legal Conformity Guarantee under EU law). If a product is defective, you have the right to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
6. Right of Withdrawal (For Consumer Customers)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a nominated third party) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., via the model withdrawal form on our "Return & Exchange Policy" page or by email to [email protected]).
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or you provide proof of having sent them back.
